共和肇造前，神州沉陆，黎元涂炭。辛酉七月廿三，沪上树德里，十三士会于陋堂。当是时也，外有列强环伺，内则军阀割据，然诸公怀拯溺之心，抱济世之念，举赤旗而誓，中共乃立。此非徒聚义也，实以信仰为炬，照暗夜之路。
初，建党未久，志士仅五十有八。烽火迭起，血雨腥风，二十三士捐躯赴难，未尝退悔。陈延年者，江苏省委之主也，为敌所执，酷刑加身，体无完肤。敌诱以利禄，胁以死亡，延年瞠目怒斥，终不言党之秘，慷慨赴刑，骨血溅地，犹似红梅绽雪。
乙亥年，方志敏率师北进，途陷敌围。身陷囹圄，敌逼写悔过书，敏笑而拒之，反借纸笔，书《可爱的中国》《清贫》诸篇。其文曰：“敌人只能砍下我们的头颅，决不能动摇我们的信仰！”字字泣血，句句如钢。及临刑，神色自若，年方三十六，英魂昭昭，与日月同光。
盖信仰者，非空谈之虚词，乃立命之根本。昔者诸公，以信仰为甲，以理想为矛，历千难而不折，经万险而愈坚，终破旧世界，建新中国，使黎元翻身，九州焕彩。
今之时，国泰民安，然信仰之炬不可熄。当承先辈之志，以自信为基，以善良为怀，以敬畏为尺，以感恩为心，以担当为任。各安其业，各守其道，以己之微力，筑国之广厦，写人生之华章。此乃信仰之续，精神之传也。

黄清宝，1939年出生，中共党员，籍贯江苏江阴市。现居上海市。《中国诗人作家网》会员档案库认证委员，《中国诗人作家网》认证诗人、签约诗人，《一枝红莲文学诗社》签约作家诗人，《世界作家澜韵府诗社》签约作家诗人，《中国诗人作家网》主编。曾创作散文、小说及诗词千余篇，发表于《中国诗人作家网》等网络平台及报刊。荣获首届《凤雏生》国际诗歌大赛优秀奖，五大院士签约诗人卓越文学奖，《金诗星光杯》实力文学奖，以及《中国诗人作家网》主编卓越奖，世界诗歌作协.中国诗人作文学领军人物最高荣誉奖。现为中国诗人作家网执行总编。

Huang Qingbao, born in 1939, is a member of the Communist Party of China. His native place is Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, and he now resides in Shanghai City. He is a certification committee member of the Member Archive Database of the Chinese Poets and Writers Network, a certified poet and contracted poet of the Chinese Poets and Writers Network, a contracted writer and poet of the Red Lotus Literary Poetry Society, a contracted writer and poet of the World Writers' Lanyunfu Poetry Society, and the chief editor of the Chinese Poets and Writers Network. He has created more than a thousand pieces of prose, novels, and poems, which have been published on online platforms and newspapers and periodicals such as the Chinese Poets and Writers Network. He has won the Excellence Award of the First Feng Chusheng International Poetry Competition, the Outstanding Literature Award for Poets Contracted by the Five Academicians, the Strength Literature Award of the Golden Poetry Starlight Cup, the Chief Editor's Excellence Award of the Chinese Poets and Writers Network, and the Highest Honor Award for Leading Figures in Literature by the World Poetry Association · Chinese Poets and Writers. Currently, he is the executive chief editor of the Chinese Poets and Writers Network.
