The 990th anniversary of the birth of Dai Qiansheng, the founder of kaimeishan, is about to begin

　　10月12上午，从娄底市历史文化研究中心传出消息，纪念开梅山始祖之一戴千胜诞辰990周年系列活动暨世界戴氏文化研讨会，拟定于10月22日至25日在娄底西团书院举行，会期4天。活动由湖南戴氏宗亲会主办，湖南戴氏总商会、湖南戴氏文化研究会、娄底戴氏宗亲会承办，旨在以本活动为契机，进一步展现娄底历史文化底蕴与美丽富饶名城形象，让世界了解娄底，让子孙万代记住戴千胜“上和者天祥、下和者地沃”的蛮荒治理思想，使千胜思想荫及族人、奉献社会、走向世界。

　　戴千胜，北宋天圣八年（公元1030年）生，字天任，号帝眷。少年时勤奋好学，后入仕大理寺，掌管刑狱，秉公断案。后受北宋宋神宗委派，与朝廷开梅山将领、后来担任北宋宰相的章惇等一道平定梅山，在湘中梅山地区设立新化、安化两县；被欧阳修誉为：“一片忠诚堪补兖，数行章疏拟调元”；并提诗赞之曰：“由来廷尉不轻为，夙夜常怀济世思，清白居官期可纪，忠诚励职敢求知，爱君有道惟钦尔，执法持平必恤之，千古良臣光史册，拜颺无负圣明时。”他忠君爱民，尽职尽责，为名符其实的一代良臣！

　　一千年过去，千胜精神在历史长河中愈加璀璨夺目。为传承其精神与文化，纪念这位开梅山始祖，娄底将举办以“弘扬千胜精神，增强文化自信”为主题的系列纪念活动。届时，湖南省政协副主席戴道晋将将应邀担任活动总顾问，原湖南省军区副司令员戴焕将军以及各省、市、自治区戴氏宗亲会会长将莅临娄底参加大会。大会将邀请国内地方历史文化研究领域的专家学者担任主讲嘉宾，同时举行“娄底十大杰出宗亲”颁奖晚会，现场会有著名书画家泼墨挥毫、梅山歌王放声歌唱、西团书院表演精彩文艺节目等。

      据悉，此次纪念活动还包括成立“娄底市戴氏宗亲会”、举行“世界戴氏文化研讨会”“世界戴氏商贸交流大会”、参加新化县“芭蕉村千胜公现场祭拜”等活动。活动期间将播放以戴千胜为代表的娄底戴氏族群创业发展的专题片，讲述一系列娄底戴氏精英爱国爱家、艰苦奋斗、事业成功的事迹。

        Dai Qiansheng was born in 1030 A.D. in the eighth year of Tiansheng in the Northern Song Dynasty. When he was young, he was diligent and eager to learn. Later, he was appointed by Shenzong of Northern Song Dynasty to pacify Meishan together with Zhang Dun, the general of kaimeishan and later Prime Minister of Northern Song Dynasty. He set up Xinhua and Anhua counties in Meishan area of central Hunan Province. Ouyang Xiu praised it as "a loyal place to make up Yan, and several lines of Zhang Shu were prepared to adjust the Yuan Dynasty". He also wrote a poem praising the saying: "it is not easy for Tingwei to do something for the world, and he always cherishes the thought of helping the world all night long. He is honest and upright in office, and can be disciplined If you dare to know, you have a way to love you, but you can only be loyal to qin'er.         A thousand years later, the spirit of Qiansheng has become more and more brilliant in the long history. In order to inherit its spirit and culture and commemorate the founder of kaimei mountain, Loudi will hold a series of commemorative activities with the theme of "carrying forward the spirit of Qiansheng and enhancing cultural confidence".
